My Undergraduate Thesis Works
My Undergraduate Thesis topic is Bioinformatics Algorithm. We (groups of 2) have researched on various genome rearrangement operation. Two types of operation are global and local. My main interest was to find the shortest sequence of transpositions that sorts one permutation to another (actually an Identity) permutation. With one of my groupmate, we demonstrate an algorithm which finds the identity permutation in the shortest possible time.
